1. Deposit and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in weekly classes. This deposit will be applied toward your class fees.

2. Limited Spots

Class sizes are limited to ensure personalised instruction and a quality experience for all participants. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit. Enrollment for students opting for casual payment terms is subject to class availability. While i strive to accommodate all students, i cannot guaruntee a spot for casual payment term students, especially in high demand classes. Please note if your spot is cancelled for this reason and you still have a deposit paid without having attended a class - you will recieve a refund.

3. subscription payments

The cheaper class price is offered for those that prefer to pay weekly on a subscription basis - this means that payments will be automatically deducted from your account each week through a trusted provider (stripe). you are eligable for a 2 week break through the course - please give as much notice as possible. Your subscription will be paused over the school holiday breaks and restart in the new term. if you wish to cancel you subscription please inform Cassie in writing with atleast 7 days prior to cancellation. Please note if you cancel you will need to reapply for your spot in the class.

4. Minimum Enrolment

A minimum of 5 students is required for a class to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the class may be rescheduled or canceled, and you will have the option to transfer your deposit to another class or receive a refund.

5. Missed Classes

Please give minimum 24 hours notice if you can’t attend class.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

In the rare event that a class is canceled by the instructor, a full refund of the deposit and any additional payments will be provided, or you may choose to apply the amount to another class.

If you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify me as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the class start date.

7. Class Materials

All necessary materials for the class will be provided unless specified otherwise. Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies if preferred.

8. Health and Safety

Please inform the instructor of any allergies or health concerns prior to the class.

Participants are expected to follow any health and safety guidelines in place during the class.
