Terms & conditions

1. Deposit and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your spot in weekly classes. This deposit will be applied toward your class fee.

2. Limited Spots

Class sizes are limited to ensure personalised instruction and a quality experience for all participants. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit.

3. Minimum Enrolment

A minimum of 5 students is required for a class to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the class may be rescheduled or canceled, and you will have the option to transfer your deposit to another class or receive a refund.

4. Missed Classes

If you are unable to attend a class, you will receive a credit toward a future class.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

In the rare event that a class is canceled by the instructor, a full refund of the deposit and any additional payments will be provided, or you may choose to apply the amount to another class.

If you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify us as soon as possible. The $30 deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the class start date.

6. Class Materials

All necessary materials for the class will be provided unless specified otherwise. Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies if preferred.

7. Health and Safety

Please inform the instructor of any allergies or health concerns prior to the class.

Participants are expected to follow any health and safety guidelines in place during the class.
